This website is operated by 上海拧巴科技有限公司. You can learn about products, create an account, select products of interest and use purchase services when available.
Register with a mobile number or email address you are authorized to use and verify it with a code. Keep codes and sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if someone else uses your account. Do not impersonate others, interfere with the website or use the service unlawfully.
Availability, variants, prices, stock, shipping charges and estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. Review the items, delivery information and total before payment. Voucher eligibility, limits and refunds follow the rules shown when purchased.
Product interests and update subscriptions are optional. You can uncheck the updates option and still create an account or sign in. Verification codes needed for registration, sign-in and account security are separate from product updates.
Brands, images, videos, software and text belong to their respective rights holders. Published open-source materials follow their stated licenses. Using this website does not grant other commercial-use rights.
For order issues, account closure or service disputes, email contact@twiddle-ai.com. We will verify the relevant information before handling the request. The registration page uses the applicable agreement version; changes affecting your rights will be communicated when applicable.

What we collect: the email address and mobile number you provide when joining a waitlist or creating an account, plus product interests and notification preferences. Your mobile number is used for registration, verification and account security. When you complete your profile or buy products, we also process the nickname, country or region, delivery details and related order, payment and after-sales records you provide or generate.
How we use it: to verify your identity, provide account services and send the product and launch updates you subscribe to. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored: display pages and static assets on twiddle-ai.com are delivered through Cloudflare. Account, store and new waitlist entry points lead to twiddle-ai.com.cn. Related account, order and other information submitted through these entry points is stored on servers in mainland China and uses the same account service. Emails are sent through Resend.
Historical waitlist entries submitted through twiddle-ai.com remain in the original Cloudflare storage. This entry-point change does not automatically migrate or merge those records. Contact contact@twiddle-ai.com to request access or deletion.
Verification delivery involves service providers: SMS verification uses Alibaba Cloud Phone Number Verification Service, and email delivery uses Resend. We provide the information required to deliver and verify messages. Available sign-in and payment methods are shown on the relevant pages.
Opening an agreement link does not check the agreement box. When you submit your agreement, we record its versions, acceptance time and verification request, and link that record to your account after verification. Unlinked agreement records are removed during cleanup after 30 days.
Account information is retained for the period needed to provide account services. Email us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of update subscriptions or account closure. We verify identity before handling requests, except for order and related records that must be retained by law. These requests are currently handled by email.
On the devices: PEEK processes camera images on the device and does not upload them. ONE processes audio without a network connection.
